ABOUT ORDERING & SHIPPING
I just placed an order. What’s our time-frame here?
Refinement takes time—our processing period is 3-5 business days. During sitewide sales or busy holiday seasons, when gents and their loved ones are jonesing for craft men’s goods, it can take up to 7 business days. Rest assured we’ll get you your grooming products as quickly as we can.
Can you use multiple promotional codes for one order?
Negative. Everyone has their code—this is part of ours. Only one discount code per order is allowed.
Discount codes cannot be used during site-wide sales.
Looks like my order is lost or damaged; what to do?
Contact us at orders@1821manmade.com. Tracking features aren’t always as smooth as your ‘stache. Sometimes they indicate a product has been delivered a day early. This can happen when a driver—cheers to these guys—scans the shipment early or drops it off at the wrong location. If you haven’t seen your product in 3 business days, get us on the horn (email us).
For damaged items, we offer our deepest condolences.
For orders with no insurance protection, send pictures of the distressed item to orders@1821manmade and our guys will get in touch with your guys.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $7. For big money orders of $55 or more (before taxes), we raise a toast to you! Shipping is free.
(Subtotal must reach minimum prior to taxes and after discount applied). (Shipping rates subject to change during site-wide sales).
Do you ship internationally?
Good grooming knows no bounds. But unfortunately, for the time being, we only ship domestically.
ABOUT RETURNS
How do I go about making a return?
While we strive for complete satisfaction on all orders, the universe is characterized by chaos—sometimes returns are necessary. We accept returns within 30 days of your invoice date as long as 80% of the product remains. Email us at info@1821manmade.com for a return authorization. Just be advised that we don’t cover the cost of shipping back to our warehouse (nature of the grooming biz).
I ordered the wrong product. How about an exchange?
Not a problem. We do exchanges, so long as it’s the same price as the product ordered. Contact us at orders@1821manmade.com and we’ll get it all sorted out.
I bought something from Amazon or another retailer. How do I return it?
Sorry friend, you’ll have to take it up with the retailer in question. We only accept exchanges and returns for products ordered through our site https://www.1821manmade.com.

How does one redeem and view one’s hard-earned points?
With great ease and efficiency. Log in to your account and you’ll see how many points you’ve accrued. Click “Use My Rewards Points” and a personalized coupon will appear for you to use at checkout. Unlike a fresh haircut, coupons last forever! (They don’t expire.)

How do I cancel my subscription?
Create an account if you don’t have one. You can cancel your subscription in your account. This will halt upcoming orders. It will not halt ones that have already been processed.

If you don’t have an account, that’s your first step. Create an account and you can manage your subscription like an insider. You can pause or skip orders at any time.

Do you test your products on animals?
Never. Animal testing is a moral obscenity from which we’re proud to abstain. Our products are 100% cruelty-free.
